What is this site trying to do?

We want to make the production / deployment of videos designed for the internet both more accessible & profitable for everybody who doesn’t know the ropes yet. We also want to keep our old audience updated on studio news from our earlier blog. Our studio’s specialized in video productions for the web since the year 2000. We’ve seen firsthand that most people still didn’t know heads from tails in this medium, and we aim to help fix that!

Why should I care?

Everybody knows the internet continues to change how people connect with each other and make money, and every statistic shows online video to be an increasingly important part of that story. If you care about people or profits then you ought to know how online video comes into play.

Who runs this place?

SunPop Studios runs OVP.net, and we’ve been making web videos since before most people even had a broadband internet connection. Wow that makes us feel old… After years of working with lawyers, authors, inventors, CEO’s, moms– anybody who had a message to share with the online world– we decided to share our experience and point people to resources that might help them put online video to good use.
